Join Amrika Tikasingh of Trishul Wellness in one of the South Okanagan's most breathtaking settings for a nourishing morning practice designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and cultivate presence.

Surrounded by vineyard views, fresh air, and the beauty of Okanagan Lake on unceded Syilx territory, this special experience begins with mindful breathwork and repeated rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) to build warmth, strength, energy, and focus. We will gradually transition into restorative practices, and end by settling into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra and Sound Experience to allow the nervous system to soften and reset.

You are welcome whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice. This all-levels offering provides an opportunity to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself while immersed in the natural beauty of Summerland wine country.

After class, guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the winery, take in the views, and explore the tasting room offerings.
